Da Critical is one of those hybrids that combine the best of the best from two continents. Who in Europe doesn't know Critical Mass? Who hasn't heard of the famous American OG Kush? The crown jewels from both continents come together in this new strain that will amaze even the most demanding growers.

Thanks to their outstanding traits, these genetics bring forth plants of a different level: productive, fast, and easy to grow. And now available in Philosopher Seeds' catalogue in the form of feminized seeds.

Critical Mass and OG Kush are, probably, the two most popular strains in Europe and America respectively.

Growing Da Critical is a real joy. This plant grows vigorously, doesn't need an excessive amount of nutrients, and develops a substantial number of side branches. With its long vegetative period, it’s perfect for SCROG grows, while if you change the photoperiod after 2-3 weeks, it will adapt perfectly to the SOG method.

This strain is pest-resistant and, due to its structure and growth pattern, ideal as a mother plant for clones. It offers a relatively short indoor flowering time, ranging between 8 and 9 weeks, and harvest of 500-600g/m2 of resin covered buds.

Growing outdoors, it can reach a monstrous size when planted in soil and being well cared for. It also produces plenty of side branches that could need some kind of training, given the weight of the buds at the end of the flowering period. Da Critical is ready to harvest in mid-October.

The flavour is true to what one can expect knowing its parents; strong earthy and fruity notes that melt in the mouth, leaving behind nuances of pine and citrus resins that linger for a long time, all against a sweet background. A delicacy very rich in nuances!

The high is relaxing, especially on a muscular level, and, depending on the moment and the amount used, even sedative. However, it could be perfect for a good movie session or a quiet chat with friends. It helps to relieve stress and is highly recommended to stimulate appetite and fight insomnia.
